You need
-Pitcher of Water
-1 slice grapefruit ( lemon works if you can’t have grapefruit).
-1 tangerine or 1 orange if you prefer
-½ cucumber, sliced
-Peppermint or Spearmint leaves or any member of the mint family.
-You can also do Basil or Rosemary
-Ice – as much as you like
-Cool tip add mint leaves into the ice cubes as they are freezing.
Directions
1. Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit and tangerine (or peel).
