Hey Beauties! Okay, so I'm having to eat more healthier because I got in my test results in from the doctor and they didn't look too good. Just so you guys know, I don't measure anything, I just eyeball it.
So, whatever recipe I come across and make, I'll share with all of you guys! Just note, that I am a vegetarian so all of these recipes that I will be posting up in the future will be meat free but they will have a meat substitute like a soy by product such as tofu.
So, let's jump up on the train to a healthier life style and let's get started!!!
Salad:
-Any type of lettuce
-Dried cranberries
-Cucumber
-Green bell peppers
-Lemon juice (This will act as dressing)
-Lemon peel spice/seasoning
-Celery seed
-Dried onion minced
-Peach
-Morning star veggie bacon
-Cheese
Directions:
1. Chop up ingredients.
2. Put ingredients together.
Creamy Pasta Salad:
-Garden noodles
-Sea salt
-Morning star veggie bacon
-Peach
-Green bell pepper
-Cucumber
-Olive oil
-Dried onion minced
-Pumpkin pie spice
-Ground mustard
-Ground Cumin
-Mint
-Thyme
-Orange peel
-Milk
-Creamy Italian Dressing
Directions:
1. In a pan, put on water.
2. When it boils, put sea salt in it as well as the garden noodles.
3. When the noodles are soft, drain them and put in olive oil.
3. Chop up bacon, peach, bell pepper and cucumber.
4. Put everything together and mix well.
5. Enjoy!
