Alright, let's start off with question #1: When I first tried it, it make my face feeling all tingly. Not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing? Considering I have sensitive skin. But, I did use this all over my face including underneath my eyes where I get dark circles that no concealer can manage to hid. But with this, I see the difference as to before. My dark circles are getting better, granted its not a miracle or a one stop shop, it takes time.

Question #3: Okay, for this one it says to use it at AM and PM but I use it in the AM. If the tingling is a bothersome, then use it at night. How-To Use: First your eye cream, then this product, moisturizer, primer and your regular makeup routine. If your a guy, then just skip the primer and makeup routine.
