Okay, I know what your saying, "Where do I start?" Right? This book from Barnes and Noble will help you out so much. It helped me out and I refer back to it time and time again for the different novels I write.

Revisions are also important to consider because you have so many ideas all at once and you may begin to start writing but as the ideas flow off of your head, the story may change. So many authors revise their drafts so many times because it just doesn't fit in well with the story and/or characters. Again, I know this feeling all too well.
There are so many techniques to getting your ideas down on paper but which one? Whatever one that fits your style of writing and that you can understand. That's why there are outlines but with outlines there are so many. For example: Storyboard, Bubbles, Brainstorming, Index Cards, Blocking, Mapping, Lists, etc... Why outlines you say? Because it helps get the ideas down on paper and help you to focus much better.
